Privacy Policy (KripkeAI)

This Privacy Policy describes how Kripke AI, Inc. (d/b/a KripkeAI) (“KripkeAI,” “we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, and discloses information when you visit kripkeai.com or use our products and services that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Services”).
“Personal information” means information that identifies, relates to, describes, or could reasonably be linked with a particular individual or household.
1) Information We Collect
At this time, we collect email addresses that you provide to us, such as when you:
- sign up for updates,
- request access, a demo, or information,
- create an account or sign in (where available), or
- contact us.
We may also receive your email address and authentication-related identifiers (such as a user ID) from Auth0 in connection with sign-in and account access. We do not require additional personal information beyond what is necessary for these purposes.
In addition, we collect limited usage and device information automatically through service providers (see “Analytics” below).
2) How We Use Information
We use email addresses to:
- create and manage your account (if you create one),
- authenticate your access to the Services,
- send operational messages (e.g., login-related emails),
- respond to inquiries and provide support, and
- send updates or announcements you request (you can opt out at any time).
We use automatically collected usage information to understand usage, improve performance, and help keep the Services secure and prevent abuse.
You can opt out of non-operational emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the message or emailing contact@kripkeai.com.
Legal bases (EU/UK visitors): We process email and usage data as necessary to provide the Services and respond to your requests, to pursue our legitimate interests in operating, improving, and securing the Services, and to comply with legal obligations.
3) Analytics
We use Vercel Analytics to understand how visitors and users interact with the Services so we can improve performance and user experience.
4) How We Disclose Information
We disclose information only as follows:
- Service providers. We use vendors to operate the Services and process information on our behalf, including:
- Auth0 (authentication and identity management),
- Vercel (hosting and analytics), and
- Buttondown (collecting and sending email updates),
- Legal and safety. If required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, and security.
- Business transfers. If involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, information may be transferred with appropriate protections.
5) No Sale or “Sharing” for Behavioral Advertising
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
6) Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies for essential functions (authentication/session, security) and for analytics. You can manage cookies via your browser; disabling them may affect functionality, including sign-in. We do not use non-essential cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking.
7) Data Retention
We retain email addresses as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, communicate with you, and comply with legal obligations. You can request deletion of your email address (see “Your Privacy Rights”).
If you request deletion, we will delete or de-identify your email address unless we are required or permitted to retain it for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.
8) Security
We maintain administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No system is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9) Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information.
California Notice (CCPA/CPRA). If you are a California resident, you may have the right to:
- request to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collect, use, and disclose, the categories of sources from which we collect it, and the business or commercial purposes for collecting, using, or disclosing it;
- request to delete personal information (subject to certain exceptions);
- request to correct inaccurate personal information; and
- opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (KripkeAI does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as described in this Privacy Policy).
Authorized agents. You may designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf. We may require proof of authorization and may also require you to verify your identity directly with us.
Non-discrimination. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
To exercise rights or submit data access/deletion requests, contact contact@kripkeai.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing your request.
10) International Users
If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States and other jurisdictions where we or our service providers operate.
11) Children’s Privacy
The Services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the minimum age required by applicable law.
12) Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the Effective Date above and provide additional notice as required by law.
